Dr. Lauren Welby is an Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery resident at Baylor College of Medicine (Temple) and affiliated with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, TX. She earned her MD from the University of Missouri - Columbia, following dual B.S. degrees in Psychology and Biology. After residency, she will be completing a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Currently she serves as a member of the Hospital Quality and Patient Safety committee and the Resident and Fellow council and is actively involved in research and teaching within her field.
