Steven Chang MD FACS is the Chair of the Henry Ford Health Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Director of the Henry Ford Cancer Head and Neck Cancer program and the Medical Director of Henry Ford Health & Michigan State University Center For Patient Reported Outcomes. He received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Biology. He completed his medical school training at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His otolaryngology-head and neck surgery training was at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Steven then went on to complete an advanced head and neck surgical oncology fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
