Dr. Gurston Nyquist is the Division Chief of Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery and Professor in Otolaryngology and Neurological Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He completed a Rhinology fellowship at the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City in 2009. Dr. Nyquist has a tertiary care rhinology and skull base practice that includes the medical and surgical management for patients requiring initial or revision sinus surgery, surgery for nasal obstruction, and endoscopic surgery for diseases of the orbit and cranial base. His clinical practice also includes allergy testing and immunotherapy. Dr. Nyquist has published extensively on advanced surgical approaches to the skull base, CSF leak closure techniques, the use of biologics for chronic sinusitis, and treatments for sinonasal malignancy. Dr. Nyquist serves as a member and chair for multiple national committees dedicated to the treatment rhinologic and skull base diseases.
