Hannah Turbeville, MD, PhD, is a fifth year otolaryngology resident at the University of Michigan. She received her BS in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the Unviersity of Southern Mississippi followed by her MD and PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Her research interests include pediatric airway, mentorship, and medical education. She has authored 13 first author manuscripts and presented her work at numerous national and international conferences. She has served as the President of the American Physician Scientists Association, a trainee-run organization supporting the training and development of physician scientists in all disciplines. She current serves as administrative chief resident for her otolaryngology program at the University of Michigan and as the alternate delegate for ENT Political Action Committee. Following residency graduation in 2026, Hannah will begin a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
