Maria Feucht, M.D., is a first-year resident in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine. After graduating from Baylor University in with a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering in 2020, she attended medical school at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Her early experiences in engineering laid the foundation for her interest in applying technology to solve clinical problems. Her research focuses on the clinical applications of artificial intelligence, with projects spanning computer vision, radiomics, and mobile health technologies. She is particularly interested in how novel tools can be used to improve surgical outcomes, personalize patient care, and expand access to underserved populations.
