Dr. Marco Ayala is board-certified in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery and fellowship-trained in Head & Neck Oncology and Reconstruction and affiliated with California Head & Neck Specialist. Dr. Ayala provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for ENT disorders. He has worked at several Naval Academic Medical Centers, training residents and publishing multiple articles. He has held multiple leadership roles including Chairman, ACS Surgeon Champion, and Cancer Liaison Physician with focus on delivering safe, high quality, high-reliability, excellent patient care. Dr. Ayala has recently retired as a U.S Navy Captain, with 25 years of service to his country. Dr. Ayala is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, American Head and Neck Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
