Nathaniel Neptune, MD, MBA is a fifth year Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Resident at Emory University School of Medicine. He completed a dual-degree MD/MBA program at Duke University School of Medicine and The Fuqua School of Business in 2021. While at Duke, he was selected as a Margolis Scholar in Health Policy and Management. Nathaniel is also a recipient of the Michelle P. Winn Inclusive Excellence Award and selected as an Abele Graduate Student of the Year.
Dr. Neptune is pursuing a Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at University of Illinois College of Medicine Chicago with Dr. Steven Dayan for the 2026 - 2027 academic year. After fellowship, Dr. Neptune intends to continue to work on transforming healthcare delivery with an equity-based approach and working to reduce the structural violence putting patients in harm's way.
