Maya Hatley is in her final year of medical school at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Last year, she conducted a full-time research year with the Department of Otolaryngology, working on a variety of clinical and translational projects, but primarily with the audiologists and neurotologists who work with the Laboratory for Translational Audiology Research and at the NYU Cochlear Implant Center. She also conducted clinical and academic research in the broader field of Otolaryngology, including pediatric ENT, rhinology, facial plastics, and head and neck surgery. Maya received a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Virginia in 2021.
