Charlie Gallego, B.S. is a fourth-year medical student at at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona where he majored in Neuroscience & Cognitive Science (NSCS) with a minor in Spanish and Biochemistry. He completed a year-long research fellowship with the University of Arizona's Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. He is passionate about global surgery, participating in multiple medical missions in Central and South America.
