My name is Dr. med. Aviva Henze, I am a fourth-year resident in the Department of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Helios Hospital Berlin-Buch. I completed my medical degree in 2022 at the University Hospital of Regensburg and began my residency in October 2022 at my current institution. In September 2024, I was awarded a poster prize at the annual meeting of the Southwest German Society of Otolaryngology for presenting the first case treated with gentamicin-impregnated calcium sulfate.
