Dr. Rocke is an Associate Professor in Otolaryngology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he specializes in head and neck endocrine surgery. He serves as the Co-Director of Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and the Section Chief of Head and Neck Endocrine Surgery. His research interests include oncocytic thyroid carcinoma, machine learning for diagnosis of thyroid malignancy, and the impact of surgeon volume on patient outcomes.
