Victor Albornoz Alvarez, MD, is a first-year Otolaryngology resident at LSU-Health in Shreveport. He majored in biomedical engineering at UT Austin and completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. His career interest is improving the outcomes of head and neck cancer patients and understanding the role of surgery in palliative care.
