Dr David Eibling is Professor of Otolaryngology-HNS at the University of Pittsburgh and a staff otolaryngologist in the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. Now semi-retired, his clinical activities address non-operative medical otolaryngology. His academic and teaching activities focus on reducing the impact of medical error on patients and providers. He is currently chairs the Healthcare Resilience Team at the Pittsburgh VA; and is a designated Master Trainer for the VA National Center for Patient Safety Clinical Team Training course.
