Sapideh Gilani, MD, FACS

Sapideh Gilani MD, FACS is Associate Professor at University of California San Diego. She specializes in treating disorders of the nose and sinuses, as well as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She cares for patients with a wide range of conditions that affect the face, head and neck, including nasal obstruction, nasal trauma or fractures, and sinusitis. Dr. Gilani performs endoscopic sinus surgery, nasal surgery, rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, and has a special interest in pediatric otolaryngology.

Prior to joining University of California, Dr. Gilani cared for patients as part of the otolaryngology team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston. She was also an instructor in otology and laryngology at Harvard Medical School.
