Zheng hong Tan, MS, is a 6th year MD/PhD Candidate at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He is currently pursing a PhD in biomedical engineering under the mentorship of Dr. Tendy Chiang at Nationwide Children's Hospital. His research interests lie in fabricating tissue-engineered tracheal grafts and studying the role of the host response on tracheal regeneration and repair using animal models and computational methods.
