David B. Conley, MD, FACS, Associate Professor of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
Dr. Conley is Associate Professor of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He obtained his BA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and MD from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Northwestern and a NIH sponsored post-residency fellowship in molecular research techniques at the Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center at Northwestern. His current research and clinical studies are focused on improving the diagnosis and treatment of chronic sinusitis and endoscopic trans-nasal resection of skull base tumors. He is the director of the Northwestern Academic Rhinology Fellowship. He is also the Clinical Practice Director of the full time Otolaryngology Faculty Practice at Northwestern. He is a founding member of the Northwestern Sinus and Allergy Center which facilitates collaborative cross departmental research on the immunologic and inflammatory basis of chronic sinusitis. Current leadership positions include American Rhinologic Society Fellowship Training Committee, AAOHNS liaison to the American College of Radiology Appropriateness Criteria® Panel, past member of the AAOHNS Imaging Committee and past president of the Chicago Laryngological and Otologic Society.
