Avinash Mantravadi MD: Completed residency training in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.  Completed fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology/Microvascular Reconstruction at University of Miami Hospitals/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Miami, FL.  Started as faculty at Indiana University in 2013, and is an Associate Profeddor in the Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. Serves as director of the Division of Head and Neck Oncologic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as AHNS Fellowship Director
