Liliana Arida-Moody is a second-year medical student at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She earned her BS in Biophysics from the University of Michigan in 2022. As an undergraduate, she participated in an NSF-funded Research Experience for Undergraduates, applying machine learning to study the carcinogenic effects of various compounds. She later served as a clinical research coordinator for the MiGHT (Michigan Genetic Hereditary Testing) Study, supported by an NCI Cancer Moonshot grant. In 2020, she received second place in the cardiovascular category at the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging annual meeting. Liliana is excited to pursue a career in otolaryngology.
