Research interests: otitis media, pediatric sleep apnea and pediatric airway surgery. Over 40 articles published in the scientific literature, chapters in textbooks, and presentations in national and international meetings. Co-editor: Atlas of Pediatric Head and Neck and Skull Base Surgery, Thieme publishers 2020.
Past standing scientific committee, Airway, of the European Society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology. Past Chairman, foreign body committee American Broncho-Esophageal Association. Member of the European Board of Examiners in Otorhinolaryngology.
