I am Lise Sogalow, MD, PhD student in medical artificial intelligence and teaching assistant in the Department of Surgery at the University of Mons (UMONS), Belgium. My research focuses on applying AI tools to support clinical decision-making in global health. I am particularly interested in how digital technologies can reduce inequalities in healthcare access and strengthen frontline care in contexts with limited specialist input and diagnostics.
