Francisco Garratón Gutiérrez, MD is an Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery resident at the University of Puerto Rico. With a background in molecular-cellular biology and a Doctor of Medicine degree, he combines academic excellence with a deep commitment to community service and research. A leader in student government and public health initiatives, he has organized large-scale health fairs and contributed to multiple ENT publications. Fluent in English and Spanish, and youngest of three brothers, Dr. Garratón is passionate about education, mentorship, and advancing ENT care with interests in serving his community as General Otolaryngologist in the private and academic setting.
