Hannah Kavookjian MD is a laryngologist at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Her clinical interests include airway and voice disorders, including the treatment of patients with scar tissue blocking the airway (laryngotracheal stenosis and subglottic stenosis), gender-affirming voice care, benign vocal cord lesions (laryngeal papillomatosis, cysts, nodules, polyps), vocal cord paralysis, laryngeal cancer, and pre-cancerous lesions of the vocal cords. Dr. Kavookjian is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She completed her fellowship in Laryngology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She earned her medical degree from the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine and completed her surgical residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
