Dr. Taha A. Mur, MD is a fellowship-trained head and neck surgical oncologist and microvascular reconstructive surgeon at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and the Rutgers Cancer Institute in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He received his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, followed by residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Boston University Medical Center.
After residency, Dr. Mur completed his fellowship in advanced head and neck oncologic surgery and microvascular reconstruction at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His clinical interests include the diagnosis and treatment of tumors of the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx, salivary glands, thyroid, parathyroid, and skin. He is trained in advanced techniques such as transoral robotic surgery and laser microsurgery.
