Danny Bartelt, B.S., is a third-year medical student at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, currently pursuing clinical and translational research in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. He earned his B.S. in Biochemistry with honors from Loyola University Chicago, where he graduated magna cum laude and conducted undergraduate research in computational and organic chemistry.
Danny currently conducts research in the Andrews Research Lab under the mentorship of Dr. Brian Andrews. Danny aspires to a career as a clinician-scientist in academic otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, dedicated to integrating cutting-edge research with patient care. Danny looks forward to presenting his work at AAO-HNSF 2025, sharing insights on the therapeutic potential of PBM in TBI, and engaging with colleagues in the field.
