Alisa Phillips, MD MS is a second-year resident at Oregon Health & Science University. Her academic interests include implementation research, enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS), and healthcare analytics. She is particularly focused on integrating data-driven approaches into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes and optimize surgical recovery pathways. Outside of medicine, she enjoys running with her golden retriever, Elle, and spending time outdoors—hiking, camping, going to the coast, and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
