PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This presentation is a comprehensive explanation of in office posterior pharyngeal wall augmentation for velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI). It covers the indications, initial evaluation, procedure preparation, steps for the procedure, post-procedure expectations, and follow up. A high-quality video showing an example procedure will help viewers understand the key steps. The goal of this session is to provide a visual surgical reference that viewers can use when starting to perform this procedure in their own practices.

This technique will be of relevance to comprehensive otolaryngologists, rhinologists, laryngologists, and head and neck cancer surgeons who see patients with VPI and are interested in office-based techniques to address this condition.
