We have developed an FDA Cleared UltraEzAir, a system designed to deliver a site specific mist of lidocaine, providing topical anesthetic during clinic based laryngeal procedures.  The product consist of a power base unit and a disposable cup and line set, which hook up to your existing flexible endoscopes, via working channel.
